Where do I begin with the online workouts?
One of our 30-minute workouts is a great place to start! We recommend starting here because a 30-minute, total-body workout will allow you to check in on how you feel! We also recommend watching the two support instructors. One of them will be adapting the postures and the other will be taking it turbo. Watching them will give you options to help you make barre3 your own!
