I noticed you stretch a lot in the beginning of the workouts. Is it safe to stretch that much before completely warming up?

Yes! Our warm-up focuses on dynamic movements that heat the body and prep it for the workout. We do add more static, active stretches to open chronically tight areas, but our focus is to keep the entire body engaged while allowing certain areas to open. For example, Runner's Lunge is not just a hip opener; it's also a great posture to heat the front leg and hip muscles and focus on core stability.
