We’ve looked at several larger sports stores, and we haven’t found a core ball similar to the one we sell in our online shop. They are either too heavy or not squishy enough. The barre3 Core Ball is about 8 -10 inches when fully inflated.

If you don’t want to purchase a barre3 Core Ball, we recommend scrunching up a towel and using that as a substitute.
