We are sorry to hear you are having issues booking your next class in the barre3 studio app.

To fix this, we recommend you go to your app store and upgrade your barre3 app to version v5.504.0.

If this does not help, it might be that your account has not been verified. To fix this, we recommend following the steps provided by MBO here: https://support.mindbody.io/s/article/My-passes-are-missing-How-do-I-send-a-verification-email.

Once you complete the steps above, you should have access to booking classes directly in the app or on your studio's MBO page.
