We recommend starting with one of our 30-minute workouts. This will give you a feel for our workouts and allow you to check in on how you feel during and after the workout. As you do the workout, we encourage you to watch the two support instructors. The modifying instructor will always be on the left of the screen, and the instructor on the right will always be showing the full expression of the move. Watching them will give you options to help you make barre3 your own!
