While we love the grace of ballet, we are equally inspired by yoga, Pilates, and other fitness disciplines. Our goal is to leave you feeling balanced and energized.
Our online workouts do not require a ballet barre. The moves have been modified to work with the back of a chair or a waist-high surface. If you have a ballet barre, you can substitute this for the chair you see in the workouts.
