The answer to this is highly individual. We find that doing a 60-minute barre3 workout at least three times a week delivers the best results, both in body and mind. Some clients practice as much as six to seven times per week; if you do this, we recommend (as always) listening to your body to tap into what it needs at that moment. For example, you may choose to use weights for a few of the workouts and no weights for others. You might do the full expression of Plank half the time, and take Plank at the barre on other days. Other clients choose to mix up their workouts, doing a combination of 60-, 30-, and 10-minute workouts. Others combine their barre3 practice with other workouts. Ultimately, how often you do barre3 is up to you!
