In every barre3 class, you will get cardio, strength-training, and mindfulness (yes, mindfulness has physical benefits!). As a functional-fitness workout, we help strengthen your muscles in a balanced way, which helps you in physical activities beyond the studio, from picking up a box to skiing down a mountain to standing in a way that allows for proper breathing.
