It's possible to do all our workouts without props. However, we typically recommend a core ball, resistance band, and hand-held weights ranging from 1-8 pounds to make the most out of your subscription. We also recommend our core sliders if you are looking for help engaging our core and seat more powerfully. You can find all our props in our B3 Shop here.
