You’ll need a mat and a waist-high surface, such as a chair or countertop. We also recommend getting a barre3 Core Ball and Resistance Band. Check out our Basic Props Kit! Many clients use 1- to 2-pound weights, but these are not necessary. Props will help you connect with our postures and get you to work deeper in your body. For times when you don’t have props on hand, you can always do one of our no-props workouts!
