All of our online classes vary in what props are utilized. While no prop is necessarily required, we recommend grabbing a set of handheld weights (between 2-8lbs), and one of our b3 Core Balls as a great place to start. You can find our branded weight options, as well as all of our available barre3 props and prop kits here.
Our instructors will offer lots of modifications and alternatives throughout your workouts, so if you ever find yourself doing a workout that is using a prop you don't currently have available, you can always adjust accordingly.
