We do have clients with a variety of medical conditions who have had a lot of success with barre3. The key is connecting with your physician and listening to your body to modify when needed. We recommend starting with a shorter workout (10 minutes or 30 minutes), and then work toward a longer workout. If you take class in studio, make sure to chat with the instructor about movements that can trigger pain or a flare up. If you find that a specific move is causing a flare up in our online workouts, please contact us and we will be happy to share modifications.
