All B3 Shop merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase unworn/unused with tags attached for an exchange or full refund. We do not accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must process your return and begin a new order. Note: All skincare items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund and will be shipped back to you if not approved.
If the item(s) ordered is damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace or repair the defective item(s) as soon as possible.
