To get a workout completion, you need to watch the entire workout. Starting and stopping (pausing) the workout a lot or refreshing the web page could also result in not getting a workout completion.
If you completed your workout 100% of the way through and the workout is not showing up as completed on your calendar, please email onlinesupport@barre3.com and include the URL to the video you completed + the date and time your workout was viewed. Within 24 hours of sending this email, someone on our customer advocacy team would be happy to add this workout to your tracker for you manually.
