What should my workout schedule be?

For a weekly plan, we suggest at least 4 classes a week.
How you combine our class types is based on you goals…

If primary goal is strength, we recommend:
2-3 barre3 Signature + 1-2 b3 Strength per week

Goal is stamina, 2-3 barre3 Signature, 1-2 b3 Cardio per week

Goal is increased mobility, 3 barre3 Signature + 1 b3 Mindful Flow per week

You can always add more classes per week based on how they are feeling and if you want more of strength, cardio or mindfulness flow.
