You can easily opt out of a collection at any time!

Navigate to the collection page and click the "You are opted in" button to opt yourself out. You can also do this on the home page, under the collection and videos that you no longer wish to be opted in to.

Once these actions have been completed, you will only see the latest workouts at the top of your home page. If you choose to opt into a new collection, it will appear at the top of your home page.
