You can turn off the music on most workout videos in our Library from 2020 on (minus LIVE workouts) by clicking or tapping on the music note icon on the video player. You can click on the icon again to turn it back on. You can also turn on closed captioning on our applicable videos by clicking on the “cc” icon on the video player.

*All LIVE videos will be available with closed captioning 5 days post the video's air date. If you do not see this option available, please message our Customer Support Team by clicking on the chat box in the bottom right of your screen with this feedback and a URL to the video to have this video updated with closed captioning as soon as possible.
