How do I adjust or turn off the music in a workout/ how do I turn on closed captioning?

You can turn off the music on most workout videos in our Library from 2020 on by clicking or tapping on the music note icon on the video player. You can click on the icon again to turn it back on. You can also turn on closed captioning on our applicable videos by clicking on the “cc” icon on the video player.
