All barre3 Signature classes—including studio and online—are created by our Master Trainer team and include our signature approach of sustained holds, micro-movements, and cardio bursts. The key differences are location (you can do barre3 Online anywhere) and length (our studio workouts are all 60 minutes, while barre3 Online workouts range from 10 to 60 minutes).

Another difference is the addition of our other online modalities. We offer b3 Cardio, b3 Strength Training, b3 Flow, and more. These modalities were built as a compliment to our barre3 Signature class, and offer an opportunity to mix up your barre3 routine and supplement where you are on your fitness journey.
