You can cancel your subscription by logging into barre3 online here with your e-mail address and password, click "Hi, Name," then "Account Settings," scroll down to the "Manage" link in the "My Subscription" section on the Account page. Then click on the "Cancel Subscription" on the next page. Note that your subscription will continue until the end of the billing period but will no longer be active after your end date.
If you do not see this option in your account settings, you may have subscribed directly through the mobile app in the Apple iOS or Google Play store. For these subscriptions, you will have to cancel in your phone settings under "Subscriptions".
If you're on an Online-Only membership through your local studio, you must reach out to your local studio team directly to cancel your online membership. You can find the contact information for all our studios at barre3.com/studio-locations.
