We do have clients with a variety of medical conditions who have had a lot of success with barre3. The key is connecting with your physician and listening to your body to modify when needed. We recommend starting with a shorter workout (10 minutes - 30 minutes), and then work toward a longer workout. If you take class in studio, make sure to chat with the instructor about movements that can trigger pain or a flare up. If you find that a specific move is causing a flare up in our online workouts, please message our Customer Support Team by clicking on the chat box in the bottom right of your screen and one of our certified instructors will be happy to share modifications to support you!
