All of our postures can be modified by working higher, smaller, or slower. Generally, if you are experiencing any negative pain, you can often resolve it by working closer to your primary posture- feet underneath your hips in parallel, arms at rest by your sides. If these modifications don't work for you, we're happy to offer alternate postures to try.
