Clients often find that it’s easier to stay accountable when they schedule their classes in their calendar at least a week in advance and treat their workouts like can’t-miss appointments. We also recommend viewing our "Weekly Plan" on your Discover tab here and tracking your workouts with our workout tracker. You can even set up your account so that you’ll receive text or email reminders to do your workout!
