Clients often find that it’s easier to stay accountable when they schedule their classes in their calendar at least a week in advance and treat their workouts like can’t-miss appointments. After logging in, click on a future date on your calendar to schedule your workout for that day and time. You can even set up your account so that you’ll receive text or email reminders to do your workout!
